New and existing clients, please arrive no more than 10 minutes early to your scheduleld appointment. Coming earlier than the scheduled time will not guarantee being seen earlier. 10 minutes is perfect to fill out an intake form and answer any last minute questions regarding your scheduled treatment.
Please plan ahead to avoid arriving late for your appointment. I will make every effort to accommodate your appointment. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and/or you will be:
- Charged for 50% of the treatment scheduled
- Subject to a shortened treatment time
I understand that unexpected events and conflicts do happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled session.
If you are sick, coming down with or getting over a cold, flu, cough or other contagious ailments, PLEASE reschedule your appointment. I thank you in advance for your understanding.
As much as I love children, I kindly request that you arrange childcare prior to your appointment. Due to insurance liability purposes and the layout of the studio, I cannot accomodate young children. Thank you for understanding.
Friends and Family
Please avoid bringing additional visitors to your appointment. If they don’t have an appointment scheduled, they will be asked to wait in the reception area. Thank you understanding.
