Appointments
New clients please arrive 10 minutes early to complete an intake form and answer any last minute questions regarding your scheduled treatment.
Please plan ahead to avoid arriving late for your appointment. I will make every effort to accommodate your appointment. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and/or you will be:
- Charged for 50% of the treatment scheduled
- Subject to a shortened treatment time
Cancellations
I understand that unexpected events and conflicts do happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled session.
If you are sick, coming down with or getting over a cold, flu, cough or other contagious ailments, PLEASE reschedule your appointment. I thank you in advance for your understanding.
